Honey Chilli Paneer

Honey Chilli Paneer

Honey chilli paneer is an Indo-Chinese starter of cornflour-coated paneer cubes fried crisp, then tossed in a glossy sauce of soy, chilli, garlic and honey. You make it by frying the paneer in Anveshan groundnut oil, then stir-frying capsicum, onion and spring onion before glazing everything with raw Anveshan wild forest honey and chilli sauce. The wild forest honey gives a clean natural sweetness that beats refined sugar, and this dish serves 4.
