How to Make Bhindi Masala
- 1
Wash and dry the bhindi completely, then slice (dry bhindi is the key to no sliminess).
- 2
Sauté the bhindi in the Anveshan Groundnut Oil on medium-high until it loses its stickiness; remove.
- 3
In the same oil, sauté onions until golden, add tomato and spices.
Tips for the Best Bhindi Masala
- ✓Dry the okra thoroughly and cook on higher heat — moisture causes sliminess.
- ✓Don't cover the pan while cooking bhindi.
