How to Make Carrot (Gajar) Chutney

Heat 1 tbsp Anveshan Groundnut Oil and roast the chana dal and dry red chillies until golden.

Add the grated carrot and sauté 6–8 minutes; add coconut, tamarind and salt and cook a minute more. Cool.

Grind to a chutney with a little water.
