  • Black chana, soaked and boiled
  • Onion, tomato, green chilli
  • Chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

How to Make Chana Jor Garam

    Lightly flatten and dry-roast (or pan-toast) the boiled black chana until slightly crisp.
