    Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin, ginger-garlic and chilli.

    Add onion and sauté until soft.

    Add the cauliflower, potato, turmeric, coriander powder and salt.

  • Cook covered first, then uncovered so the florets brown instead of steaming soggy.
  • Cut the potato small so it cooks in the same time as the cauliflower.
