How to Make Gatte Ki Sabji

Knead the besan with 1 tbsp Anveshan Ghee, salt and a little water into a firm dough; roll into ropes and boil for 8 minutes.

Cut the boiled ropes into small gatte (dumplings) and keep the cooking water.

Whisk the curd with turmeric, chilli and coriander powder.
