Jaljeera

Jaljeera

Jaljeera is a classic spiced Indian appetiser drink made by blending fresh mint and coriander with roasted cumin, tamarind pulp and black salt, then mixing into chilled water. You sweeten and balance the tang with unrefined Anveshan khandsari and a spoon of Anveshan jaggery powder instead of refined sugar. Cooling, digestive and bursting with flavour, this no-cook jaljeera serves 4.
