  • Paneer, cubed
  • Capsicum and onion
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Coriander seeds and dry red chilli (kadhai masala)
  • 💡 You can also use Mustard Oil / Sunflower Oil / Coconut Oil / Black Sesame Oil / Olive Oil as per your preference.

How to Make Kadhai Paneer

    Dry-roast and coarsely pound the coriander seeds and red chillies for the kadhai masala.

    Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and sauté onion and capsicum on high heat until charred at the edges; remove.

    Cook the tomatoes with ginger-garlic and the kadhai masala until pulpy.

  • Fresh-pounded kadhai masala is what sets this apart — don't use only ready masala.
  • Cook on high heat and keep it semi-dry so the peppers stay crunchy.
