How to Make Kadhi Badi

Whip a little besan with water and salt into a fluffy batter and fry small badis in the Anveshan Groundnut Oil.

Whisk the sour curd with the remaining besan, turmeric, chilli and 4 cups water.

Boil the kadhi, then simmer on low, stirring, until thick.
