How to Make Kobi Bhaji

Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin, curry leaves and green chilli.

Add the shredded cabbage, peas, turmeric and salt.

Cover and cook on low until just tender (keep a slight bite).
