Masala Peanuts

Masala Peanuts

Masala peanuts are crispy, spice-coated peanuts made by coating raw peanuts in a seasoned besan-and-rice-flour batter and frying them golden. This version is shallow-fried in cold-pressed Anveshan groundnut oil so the nuts stay light and grease-free, with a naturally nutty flavour the spices cling to. A pinch of mineral-rich jaggery powder rounds off the heat, making them an addictive yet wholesome accompaniment to your evening chai.
