- Rice flour
- Curry leaves
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder

How to Make Masala Peanuts

In a bowl, mix peanuts with a sprinkle of water so the coating sticks.

Add besan, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric, Anveshan Jaggery Powder and salt, tossing until each peanut is lightly coated with the sweet-spiced flour.

Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil in a pan over medium flame.
Tips for the Best Masala Peanuts
- βToss the peanuts in a little water before adding the flours so the coating sticks evenly.
- βFry on medium heat β too hot and the besan browns before the peanuts cook through.
