  • Sprouted matki (moth beans)
  • Onion, ginger-garlic, coconut
  • Goda masala, turmeric, red chilli
  • Mustard, cumin, curry leaves

How to Make Matki Usal

    Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
