- Onion, garlic, green chilli
- Mustard, cumin, curry leaves, turmeric
💡 You can also use Mustard Oil / Sunflower Oil / Coconut Oil / Black Sesame Oil / Olive Oil as per your preference.
How to Make Methi Pithla

Whisk the besan into 3 cups water with turmeric and salt, lump-free.

Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin, curry leaves, garlic, chilli and onion.

Add the chopped methi and sauté until wilted.
Tips for the Best Methi Pithla
- ✓A little salt on the methi draws out the bitterness before cooking.
- ✓Stir the besan slurry constantly to keep it smooth.
