  • Button mushrooms, sliced
  • Onion-tomato puree
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Chilli, coriander, garam masala

How to Make Mushroom Masala

    Sear the mushrooms in the Anveshan Groundnut Oil on high heat until golden; remove.

    In the same pan, cook ginger-garlic and the onion-tomato puree with spices until the oil separates.

    Return the mushrooms and a little water; simmer 8–10 minutes.
