How to Make Mushroom Masala

Sear the mushrooms in the Anveshan Groundnut Oil on high heat until golden; remove.

In the same pan, cook ginger-garlic and the onion-tomato puree with spices until the oil separates.

Return the mushrooms and a little water; simmer 8β10 minutes.
Tips for the Best Mushroom Masala
- βSear the mushrooms first on high heat so they don't release water into the gravy.
- βDon't wash mushrooms in standing water β wipe or rinse quickly and dry.
