Ingredients

  • Fresh green peas
  • Potato, cubed and fried
  • Onion, tomato, ginger-garlic
  • Turmeric, chilli, coriander, garam masala
  • 💡 You can also use Groundnut Oil / Sunflower Oil / Coconut Oil / Black Sesame Oil / Olive Oil as per your preference.

How to Make Nimona (Green Pea Curry)

    Coarsely grind two-thirds of the peas; keep the rest whole.

    Heat the Anveshan Mustard Oil and lightly fry the potato cubes; set aside.

    In the same oil, sauté the ground peas until they change colour, then add onion-tomato-ginger-garlic and spices.
