Ingredients

  • Papad
  • Curd (yoghurt)
  • Besan (gram flour)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt

How to Make Papad Ki Sabji

    Roast or lightly fry the papads, break into large pieces and set aside.

    Whisk the curd with besan, turmeric, chilli and salt and 1.5 cups water.

    Heat the Anveshan Ghee and temper cumin, mustard and asafoetida.

Tips for the Best Papad Ki Sabji

  • Add the papad at the very end — long cooking makes it dissolve into the gravy.
  • Whisk besan into the curd off the heat to avoid lumps.
