How to Make Raw Mango (Aam) Launji

Peel and slice the raw mango into thin strips.

Heat the Anveshan Mustard Oil until it just smokes, lower the heat and add the fennel and nigella seeds.

Add the mango strips, salt and red chilli powder; cook covered for 5β6 minutes until softened.
