How to Make Stuffed Kulcha

    Knead a soft leavened dough with flour, curd, sugar, soda and salt; rest 2 hours.

    Prepare a spiced paneer or vegetable filling.

    Stuff, seal and roll into oval kulchas; press in coriander and nigella seeds.

  • Rest the dough well so the kulchas are soft and pliable.
