  • Cumin seeds

  • Onion (thinly sliced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Water

How to Make Turmeric Rice

    Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. Drain.

    Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil together with the Anveshan ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf — sizzle for 30 seconds.

  • Rinse and lightly soak the basmati so the grains cook up long and separate.
