How to Make Usal

Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin and curry leaves.

Add onion, garlic and green chilli; sauté until soft.

Add turmeric and the beans; toss to coat.
Tips for the Best Usal
- ✓Keep usal fairly dry — it's a sabzi-style dish, not a curry.
