- Onion, coconut, ginger-garlic
- Goda masala, turmeric, red chilli
- Tamarind and jaggery

How to Make Valachi Usal
- 1
Sprout and peel the vaal beans (peeling removes the bitterness).

Fry onion, coconut and ginger-garlic in the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and grind to a paste.

Cook the beans with the paste, goda masala, turmeric, chilli, tamarind and jaggery.
