How to Make Vegetable Pulao

    Rinse basmati rice until the water runs clear and soak for 20 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, soak a pinch of Anveshan Kashmiri Anveshan Saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water and set aside to bloom.
