Besan Barfi

Besan Barfi

Besan barfi is a traditional Indian fudge made by slow-roasting gram flour in ghee until aromatic, then binding it with sugar syrup and setting it into diamond pieces. This version roasts the besan in nutty Anveshan bilona ghee for a deep golden flavour and sweetens it with unrefined Anveshan khandsari for a clean, melt-in-the-mouth finish.
