How to Make Besan Chakki

    Rub 2 tbsp Anveshan ghee and the milk into the besan and sieve, so it roasts into a grainy texture.

    Roast the besan in the remaining Anveshan Ghee on low heat until deep golden and nutty; cool slightly.

    Make a one-string syrup with the Anveshan Khandsari and a little water; add cardamom.
