How to Make Besan Ladoo

Heat Anveshan ghee in a kadhai on low flame. Add besan and roast on low heat, stirring constantly, for 20–25 minutes until it turns golden and smells nutty.

Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes — it should be warm but not hot.
