Ingredients

  • Thin poha (flattened rice)
  • Fresh grated coconut
  • Onion, green chilli, coriander
  • Mustard, cumin, curry leaves, turmeric
  • Lemon juice and sugar
  • 💡 You can also use Mustard Oil / Sunflower Oil / Coconut Oil / Black Sesame Oil / Olive Oil as per your preference.

How to Make Dadpe Poha

    Rinse the thin poha briefly and drain well; it should stay soft, not soggy.

    Toss the poha with grated coconut, onion, green chilli, coriander, salt, sugar and lemon.

    Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and crackle mustard, cumin, curry leaves and turmeric.

Tips for the Best Dadpe Poha

  • Use thin poha and rinse briefly so it softens without turning mushy.
  • Pour the tempering hot over the poha to release the aromas.
