How to Make Mawa Kachori

    Rub Anveshan ghee into the flour with salt and knead a firm dough; rest 20 minutes.

    Roast the mawa lightly, cool, and mix with nuts, cardamom and a little Anveshan Khandsari for the filling.

    Fill and seal discs into kachoris and fry on low heat in Anveshan Ghee until golden and crisp.
