Multigrain Veg Paratha

Multigrain Veg Paratha

Multigrain veg paratha is a stuffed Indian flatbread made by rolling a spiced vegetable filling into dough and roasting it on a tawa. Made with wholesome Anveshan multigrain atta instead of refined flour, it delivers slow-release energy and extra fibre, while a smear of aromatic Anveshan bilona ghee gives each paratha its flaky, golden finish. Packed with grated seasonal vegetables, it makes a hearty breakfast or lunchbox favourite for 4.
