How to Make Paneer Bhurji

Heat the Anveshan Groundnut Oil and sauté cumin, ginger, green chilli and onion until soft.

Add the tomato and spices; cook until pulpy.

Add the crumbled paneer and salt; toss on medium heat for 3–4 minutes.

- ✓Don't overcook the paneer or it turns rubbery — a few minutes is enough.
- ✓Crumble the paneer coarsely for the best bhurji texture.
