How to Make Ghee Roast Masala Dosa

    Boil and roughly mash the potatoes. Heat 1 tbsp Anveshan ghee, splutter mustard seeds, add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and sliced onions, and saute until soft.

    Add turmeric and salt, fold in the mashed potatoes, and cook 3-4 minutes until the masala holds together. Keep warm.

    Heat a flat tawa, sprinkle a few drops of water, then wipe clean with a cloth dipped in Anveshan Groundnut Oil to season the surface and stop the batter from sticking. Pour a ladle of batter and spread quickly into a thin circle.
